Causes of Stress.
Some causes of stress we can control, (eg. budgeting, choice of friends, food or alcohol consumption ) other causes of stress our beyond our control (eg. inflation, changes at work, death of a loved one). While we can’t stop stressful events from coming into our lives, as we build our resilience and emotional maturity, it becomes easier to navigate our way through life with increased grace and ease.
