Introduction to EFT - Workshop

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an effective acupressure process that reduces current or stored emotional tension. Hence calming both the mind and body.  EFT is also knows as ‘tapping’, acknowledged by trauma experts such as Bessel Van Der Kolk. More effective than talk therapy, as it’s gentle process clears; emotional residue, stored trauma, and relieving stress.  EFT has also been effectively used to alleviate head aches and other physical aches and pains. The use of EFT / Tapping also strengthens; affirmations, prayers, or spiritual mind treatments, thus deepening their integration into one’s psyche.

Unresolved emotions and/or unhealed trauma prevents a complete cure; from minor issues to chronic health issues or life threatening illnesses.

EFT is a form of acupressure that enables you to clear:

—> Addictions (smoking, alcohol, over eating, OCD,….)
—> Emotions (anger, grief, shame/guilt, fear, sadness,…)
—> Mental Health (trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety,…)
—> Performance limitations (grades, athletics, work, $, public speaking,…)
