Cleaning
In the Bathroom
Wipe down work surfaces (desks, counters, appliances) with a 3% solution. (disinfects & freshens)
Add 2oz of 3% solution in the dishwasher
Add 8oz of 3% solution to a load of laundry in lieu of bleach
Use HP to eliminate mould in the shower/bath tub.
Use 1pint of 3% HP solution to 1 gallon of water in Humidifiers & Steamers (this also helps to keep the units clean)
Spray 3% on the skin post shower/bathing.
Spray 3% on the toilet paper to stop rectal itching & help shrink Hemorrhoids
Use 3% on a cotton ball as a facial fresher
Toothpaste: Mix Baking Soda & 3% FGHP.
Mouth wash: Use 3% HP – optional add a dash of liquid chlorophyll
Douche with 4ozs of 3% added to 1-2 quarts of water (start light then adjust the ratio for less water). To replace vaginal flora, follow the next morning douching with 1 tsp of powdered bifidus to each cup of water used.
In the Kitchen
With Plants
Vegetable Soak – to preserve life span of vegetables. Spray veggies with a 3% solution. Add 1/4 cup of 3%FGHP to a full sink of cold water. Soak veggies for 20-30 minutes. Drain & Dry.
Marinate Chicken/fish in a ceramic/glass dish with 3% solution. Rinse & cook.
Left over tossed salad – spray with (1Tbsp 3% mixed with 1/2 cup of water) cover & refrigerate
Sprouting seeds – Add 1oz of 3% solution to 1 pint of water & soak the seeds overnight. Repeat ratio with each seed rinsing.
Plants & Flowers: Put 1 oz of 3% solution in 1 quart of water. Water or mist plants
Insecticide Spray: mix 8 oz of white sugar with 4-8 oz of 3% solution in 1 gallon of water
H2O2 is a natural (God made) substance. No claims can be made about the benefits otherwise the ‘health protection branch’ will attempt to classify it as a drug and restrict it’s availability.
H2O2 should be refrigerated (or stored in the freezer).
Caution: Spilling 35% H2O2 can burn the skin, turning it white for a short time period. Rinse immediately. I have not noticed any long term consequences, the next day the skin is back to normal.
